Ryder originally from the Bay Area was a junior singles and doubles national champion with 4 gold balls.

He played three years for USC Men’s Tennis, where he won the Pac-12 championship, earned All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention, and won the National Indoor title.

In 2022, he transferred to UC Berkeley, where he played Number 1 Singles and Doubles, and traveled the country playing Futures. He holds a career-high ITA singles ranking of 52 and a doubles ranking of 43.

With a highest Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) of 13.5 and a World Tennis Number (WTN) of around a 4, Jackson has demonstrated his competitive prowess on the court.

At the California Tennis Club in San Francisco, Jackson worked with players of all levels, from adult and junior beginners to high-performance athletes. His coaching portfolio included working with a top-ranked 16 and under player and a 2024 Kalamazoo winner.

His responsibilities included training private clients, managing scheduling, and developing customized programs tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. He also oversaw tennis camps for children and teens aged 7-18, motivating young athletes and teaching tennis fundamentals. Jackson focused on recruiting and retaining talented and committed athletes.
